Have you heard my BIG news?  I am now an author and have partnered together with the ladies of DC Metro Mom to create a new mega family guide, Kid Trips Northern Virginia Edition: Your Family’s Guide to Local Fun!   For the first time, you can access all the best of Northern Virginia in digital and print versions. Drawing on our combined years of experience in the metro area, we’ve compiled useful information and insider tips on all of our favorite family-friendly destinations, activities, seasonal events, restaurants, child care, parenting resources, and much more.  You’ll find amazing things for the whole family to experience and learn about in Kid Trips Northern Virginia!

I was so excited to see my title on Amazon that I started sharing with my family and friends before our new and improved, user friendly paperback was entirely uploaded.  My partner, Claudine, said “You have such a big mouth, I will give you $10 if you can wait until next week to write a blog post about the book.”

So here we are in week two of book sales, and with my $10 bill in hand, I am shouting it from the rooftops!

We have had an incredible first week of book sales and are already connecting with tons of area stores that will carry our book in stock soon.  I love all the positive feedback we’ve received and will share some of my favorites:
