Action for Jackson Family Fun Night

Jackson Schnur from Ashburn, VA was diagnosed with Infantile Spasms in 2011 and recently with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome in Aug 2012. Our mission is to raise awareness of this syndrome and help his family provide the best treatment possible for him.
Jackson was a healthy, normal little boy, developing right on track, when at 14 months he had his first myoclonic seizure. Our world was turned upside down when our sweet little boy was having 20-40 seizures a day which eventually turned into 50-70. His seizures changed and he started having drop or atonic seizures. He was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome in August 2012. (http://lgsfoundation.org/)
The Action for Jackson Family Fun Night will be held on Friday, October 5th from 5-9pm at Dulles Golf Center and Sports Park in Sterling, VA.
Our event includes:
- The Great Zucchini
- two local bands,
- petting zoo, pony rides
- moon bounce
- balloon art
- face painting,
- ice cream
- door prizes,
- raffle items, and even more.
Please come out and show your support for Jackson and his family! All proceeds will go to his medical needs, medical equipment, and extensive therapeutic needs.
