Momtographie Photo Class For Moms

So I hear you’ve invested in a fancy DSLR camera eh? That’s AWESOME news. But do you really know how to make the most of your investment and use it to it’s fullest potential? Do you know how to capture beautiful images outside of AUTO mode?

When I bought my first DSLR camera 4 years ago I couldn’t wait to get it out of the box and start playing. But the excitement wore off fast as I quickly realized how much I had to learn if I ever hoped to take images like the pros could. In auto mode my DSLR images were still blurry, the focus on lots of my images were way off, and the light was never captured as I saw it in my mind’s eye. Sometimes I was left so frustrated that I’d just pick up my iPhone or my point and shoot since I knew those would perform better for me. I was sad that so many memories were being lost and that this expensive piece of equipment was going to waste.

Sound familiar?

Yes?

Well, then I’ve got good news for you — I can help!

After climbing my way from photo enthusiast to photography business owner I decided to trade in my children and family photo biz to teach other women how to take control of their photos instead!  As a full-time elementary school teacher, mom to a busy toddler, and a photography junkie, it’s only natural that I combine my talents to teach other moms how to truly get the most of our the cameras.

Momtographie is designed for the busy mom, dad, grandparent, aunt, or uncle on the go and this 4 hour jumpstart course held in Dulles, VA will deliver the basics to finally get your camera out of AUTO mode once and for all and get it working for you in any situation.

During Momtographie you’ll learn the essential beginner tips and tricks needed to beautifully capture family snapshots.  There’s always opportunity for hands on practice built in to the class as well. You’ll leave Momtographie with tools to successfully document the stories of your life from lazy days at home, to sporting events and extracurriculars, to milestone moments not to be missed.
